By placing an order with InkOnPosters, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


1. Made-to-Order Products All our prints and frames are made to order. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your chosen design, size, and all order details before completing your purchase.


2. Cancellations Cancellations are only possible before your order enters the print queue. Once printing has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order even if tracking has not yet updated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.


3. Refunds & Quality Issues Refunds are offered in the following circumstances:

  • Printing errors or quality issues (e.g. blurry image, off-centre print, print defect)
  • Rare, exceptional circumstances at our discretion

If you experience a quality issue, please contact us with photos and we will be happy to offer a refund or free replacement.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to device settings and paper type. This is a natural variation and does not qualify for a return or refund.


4. Damaged Items on Delivery If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label with your name and address clearly visible

Once we have reviewed the details, we will offer a fair resolution — which may include a free replacement, refund, or another agreed solution.


5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries Once your order has been dispatched, we no longer have control over shipping carriers. Delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

All shipping estimates are approximate and not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods. Refunds for non-delivery will only be issued if the carrier officially declares the item as lost. In all other cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

We do not dispatch replacements while the original item is still in transit.


6. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for unclaimed parcels.

If an item is returned to us due to an address issue, we can resend it to the correct address, but reprint and shipping costs will be at your expense.


7. Peak & Seasonal Delivery Periods During peak periods (including holidays, sales events, and December), production and delivery times may be longer than usual. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on past performance and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time beyond the estimate before contacting us.

For Christmas delivery, we strongly recommend ordering before 7th December to allow sufficient time for production and shipping. Orders placed after this date may arrive after Christmas depending on your location and chosen carrier.


8. Intellectual Property All designs sold by InkOnPosters are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any of our designs without prior written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.


10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
