All of our prints and frames are made to order, which means we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you're completely happy with your chosen design, size, and all order details before placing your order.
Refunds Refunds are offered in the following circumstances:
- Printing errors or quality issues with your order
- Rare, exceptional circumstances at our discretion
We do not offer refunds for shipping-related issues such as delays or damage in transit. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a free replacement — please get in touch with us if you experience any issues with your delivery.
