Shipping policy
1. Production & Processing Time All our prints and frames are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Production takes place Monday to Friday — orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.
2. Digital Products Digital products are not shipped. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a download link directly to your email address.
3. Order Tracking All physical orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Digital orders are not tracked as they are delivered electronically.
4. Shipping Destinations & Rates We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination:

- Royal Mail 2nd Class — 2–3 business days — Free
🇺🇸 United States
- FedEx International — 2–4 business days — Free (Duties and taxes are prepaid for a smooth, hassle-free delivery)
Free International Shipping The following countries enjoy free shipping via FedEx International or other carrier (2–4 business days): Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands
£3.99 International Shipping The following countries are shipped via FedEx International or other carrier (2–4 business days) for a flat rate of £3.99 per order: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
🌍 Rest of the World
- FedEx International or other carrier — 2–4 business days — £8.49 per order
5. Delivery Times All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or other factors outside our control — particularly during peak periods such as Christmas.
For Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order before 7th December to allow sufficient time for production and shipping.
6. Customs & Import Duties For most destinations, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. However, for orders to the United States, duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP), so no additional charges will be due on delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to control the shipping carrier. If your order appears to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Replacements or refunds for lost items will only be issued once the carrier has confirmed the item as lost.
We do not dispatch replacements while the original item is still in transit.
